Homemade Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

1/4 cup cocoa powder 4 tablespoons Malt powder 1/4 cup brown sugar 4 cups milk 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste Whipped cream, to serve Marshmallows, to serve |
Method
1. Place cocoa powder, malt powder, brown sugar, milk, chocolate chips and vanilla bean paste into a medium saucepan over a low heat.
2. Whisk to combine and bring to a light boil, stirring constantly until warmed through and chocolate is melted.
3. Transfer into mugs and serve with whipped cream and marshmallows. Serve immediately.
