We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address.
1. Requested Return
1.1 Return of products without cause, where you have determined that the products are surplus to your requirements etc. (i.e. due to no fault by us) is subject to our prior approval and the products must have the original packaging with the seal unbroken unless otherwise agreed by, stated on the returns form issued by us and the product must be in a re-sellable condition.
1.2 Please contact our Customer Service on 1300 369 744 if you wish to return a product. Please ensure you quote your order number. If we approve the return of the product:
(a) we will issue you a returns form; and
(b) you must return the products, with the returns form and invoice or packing slip number to us at your cost and risk within 14 days of delivery.
1.3 You must include the properly completed returns form so that the products can be identified and your requested return may be processed.
1.4 A handling fee of 15% (with a minimum charge of $6.00 on each item) will be payable on the return of the products to us without cause, where you have determined that the products are surplus to your requirements etc. (i.e. due to no fault by us).
2. Wrongly Shipped
A claim for wrongly shipped products must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products. The products must be in original packaging.
3. Short Shipped
A claim for short shipped products must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products. You must provide proof of purchase i.e. the original order invoice number or packing slip number; and we must verify the connote or POD (proof of delivery) showing the short supply.
4. Over Shipped
A claim for over shipped products must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products. The products must be in original packaging.
5. Damaged in Transit
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure that they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to make your claim.
6. Order Cancellation
6.1 Order cancellations are subject to BSH’s prior approval. You must call Customer Service on 1300 369 744 and provide us with your order number, order date and full details of the order that is being cancelled.
6.2 Order cancellations are only possible prior to picking.
6.3 A handling fee of 15% of the total order must be paid (deducted from the value of the returned products), if you cancel your order after it has been picked.
7. Pricing Claims
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a copy of the BSH quote or details of the quoted price that states the price invoiced is incorrect.
8. No Limitation of Rights
8.1 Nothing contained in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any implied condition or warranty, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any obligation, right or liability implied or conferred under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other statute, to the extent that doing so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on BSH are expressly excluded from these terms and conditions.
8.3 To the extent that the Australian Consumer Law permits BSH to limit its liability, then BSH's liability will be limited to:
(a) in the case of services, the cost of supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; or
(b) in the case of goods, replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or having the goods repaired, or payment of the cost of replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or having the goods repaired.
