“Hot as hell”: Poultry devil chicken
Our favourite allrounder? Chicken. No other meat can be prepared in as many ways as the delicate poultry. For example hot, really hot. And if you are not sure which oven settings will be the best, use AutoPilot from the Series 6 ovens. Depending on the oven model, there are up to 40 recipes to choose from. Just give it a try as it’s never been that easy to keep cool even if you prepare a chicken “as hot as hell”.
Ingredients | For 4 servings
|1 chicken (about 1.3 kg)||1 tsp of fried chicken seasoning|
|2 fresh peperoni||1-2 tbsp of oil|
|1 clove of garlic|
1. Rinse the chicken briefly in cold water and pat dry with kitchen towel and then weigh it.
2. Chop the peperoni and crush the garlic. Rub the inside of the chicken with the peperoni and garlic mixture. Mix the oil and the seasoning and spread it over the chicken
3. Put the chicken (chest facing up) in a glass roaster. Put covered roaster into the oven.
Select the adequate AutoPilot programme for “Chicken, unstuffed”, add in the weight and press “Start”
Simple and effective: In order to get crispy chicken skin, rub in the inside and the outside of the chicken with oil, salt and pepper.
