Ingredients | For bundt cake
|Bundt cake form Ø 22cm||100g sugar||75g peeled, grounded almonds|
|150g chocolate (85% cacao)||1 package vanilla sugar||75g flour|
|75g sugar||1 pinch of salt||1 tsp baking soda|
|4 egg whites||2 eggs (M)||10g cocoa powder|
|150g butter||4 egg yellows|
1. Melt chocolate on low temperature. Beat the egg white and the sugar until stiff. Stir butter until smooth and add gradually sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and the molten chocolate.
2. Gradually stir in the eggs and the egg yellows. Mix the almonds, flour, baking soda and the cocoa powder well and add them in two portions.
3. Grease in the baking pan and fill it with the dough and bake it off.

Enjoy the chocolate cake with a fruity flavor: Peel oranges and grapefruits so that the white skin is removed. Caramelize sugar in a pan. Drain with juice. Then add the fruit fillets and boil briefly. Bon appetit!
