Ingredients | For 50 cookies
| 250g soft butter | 1 tsp baking powder |
| 140g sugar | 1 package of fluid vanilla extract |
| 140g brown sugar | 2 eggs |
| ½ tsp salt | 200g chocolate chips |
| 350g flour | 120g chopped walnut |
Preparation
1. Cover the baking pan and universal pan with baking paper.
2. Stir butter, sugar and salt.
3. Mix the flour and the baking powder. Slowly add the egg and vanilla bit by bit until they combine into an even dough. Finally, add the chocolate chips and the chopped walnuts and stir them in.
4. Create walnut sized dough balls with two teaspoons and put them on the pans. Leave enough space between the dough because it expands while baking.
