Promotions FAQ

Q1. How do I register for a Bosch promotion?

Customers must register online no later than 5pm AEST / AEDT on the specified date of the applicable promotion. The URL for online registration can be found on all literature relating to the promotion.

Online registrations are applicable for up to one month after the end of the promotion. For instance, if a promotion ends 28 February 2015, online registrations must be made no later than the 31 March 2015.

Q2. How do I submit a copy of my proof of purchase?

When you have completed the online registration form click the 'Submit Claim' button. You will see a confirmation page and an email will be sent to your nominated email address. To complete your claim application please print either the confirmation page or the email containing your claim receipt number and then send both your registration confirmation page and store receipt to us – the details will be shown on the last page, your submission confirmation page.

If you choose to mail in a copy of your proof of purchase, this must be received by the deadline stated in the terms and conditions of the particular promotion. No further mail will be accepted after this date. Bosch Home Appliances takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.

Q3. Can I mail in my redemption form?

No - redemption for Bosch promotions is online only.

Only copies of proof of purchase will be accepted by mail - providing a correlating online entry form has been submitted prior.

Q4. My product is on backorder. Can I still claim?

Yes, provided the product is paid in full during the promotion period.

Paying a deposit only during the promotion period does not qualify for a promotion.

The item(s) must be paid for in full.

Q5. What if I am not taking delivery of my product until after the end of the promotion period? How do I still qualify for the promotion?

To be eligible for the promotion, you must:

1) pay for the goods in full during the promotion period

2) submit the online claim form by the cutoff date

3) when completing the online form, specify FD number as 0000

4) once you have received the goods then email customerservice.au@bshg.com and advise the FD number of your eligible product(s)

Q6. Where do I find the FD number?

FD numbers for different appliances can be located in different spots.

The type-plate finder below will show you where the location for each type of appliance.

Q7. I purchased a trade second. Am I eligible for this promotion?

No. As per the terms & conditions Bosch promotions are not valid on trade seconds, only retail purchases.

Offers also exclude project or commercial, scratch and dent stock, ex-display or used stock.

Please refer to the individual terms and conditions of each promotion for the Eligible models.

Q8. Claiming a Money Back Guarantee Promotion

To claim a Money Back Guarantee (MBG) Promotion please complete the online form which will ask you to supply the following details:

  • Scanned copy of your receipt as proof of purchase
  • Reasons for your return
  • Address
  • Your bank details for transfer:
  • a) BSB
  • b) Account Number
  • c) Account Name

Please note your Bosch product must be trialled for a minimum of 10 days to qualify for the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) promotion.

When the above information is received, our logistics team will call you to arrange a date for pick-up of the appliance. Once the appliance has been collected, the refund amount of the price paid for the appliance will be electronically transferred into your nominated account. This usually occurs 2-5 days after pick-up of the unit.

Please feel free to use the appliance between now and pick-up, but as per the terms and conditions of this promotion, please ensure it is disconnected prior to pick-up as our drivers are not insured to make any changes to your property and they will not be allowed to pick-up if it is still connected.
