For ovens with Added Steam Function, just fill the built-in water tank (Series 8) or water bottle (Series 6*), select a heating mode like 3D hot air, and choose the steam intensity — or let AutoPilot do the work.

Achieve perfectly healthy potato or veggie chips with the new Air Fry function, now on Series 6 ovens. No preheating needed, just go straight from the pan to the oven. The Air Fry & Grill tray and a splash of oil are all you need. Just select Air Fry and enjoy guilt-free satisfaction.

Our pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens, which now include Series 6 and select Series 4 models, make your days of scrubbing the interior a thing of a past. Just select the cleaning program, and the oven will heat to burn away grease and food residue. After cooling, simply remove any remaining ash or debris.

Make baked-to-perfection bread, cake, quiche and more with ease thanks to PerfectBake. A special sensor measures the moisture level in the oven and automatically regulates the temperature, heating mode and baking time.
How it works: Make a recipe, select the baked good type from the menu, such as cake or muffins, slide in the baking tray and press "Start". Now sit back and let your oven do the rest. Available on our Series 8 ovens.

Whether a roast, whole fish or poultry, the PerfectRoast meat sensor on our Series 8 ovens measures your dish at three points to ensure it's cooked to perfection.

Bake multiple trays of biscuits in one go with our advanced convection ovens. The built-in 4D Hotair fan moves heat throughout the inside, so items on up to four racks at once come out perfectly cooked or baked.
Built-in microwave.
Faster cooking, easier heating.
Quickly roast meat, bake a cake or reheat a dish. An oven with a built-in microwave lets you cook to perfection as quickly as possible. In addition to saving 50% of the cooking time, it also saves energy and food comes out delicious. Should you just want to warm milk or need to defrost, you can use the appliance as a classic microwave.

Even cooking and much easier to clean
Compared with my old oven, this one is a real step up. I've only cooked in it a couple of times so far, but the results have been consistent and even each time. I like the 3D hot air mode. What stands out most is how much easier it is to clean, which alone makes it far better than what I had before. It's too early to judge how it holds up over time, but my first impressions are very positive.

Cooks to perfection with a few simple swipes and presses. Easy to clean too, and looks so lush. The interface takes a short learning curve, but easy once you take the time and patience to get used to a new way of interacting with this fancy and great oven.

Great oven – easy to use and cooks evenly
Very happy with this oven so far. It looks modern, feels well built and is very easy to operate. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly, which has been great for everyday cooking, baking and roasting. The controls are straightforward and the different cooking functions are useful without being overly complicated. I also like the clean black design, which fits nicely with the rest of the kitchen appliances. Cleaning has been relatively easy as well. Overall, it has been reliable, practical and performs exactly as expected. Very pleased with the purchase and would happily recommend it.

HBA572EB3A Series 6 60x60cm Bosch Pyrolytic Oven
We first noticed this Bosch because The Good Guys had it at a price too good to ignore. But the bargain is no longer the best thing about it. The 3D Hotair gives us beautifully even results, the Air Fry function delivers the crunch without another appliance cluttering the bench, and the telescopic rails make handling hot trays much easier. Best of all, pyrolytic cleaning tackles the job nobody wants. It looks sleek, feels solid and somehow makes both everyday dinners and my cooking look far more impressive. We bought it for a steal, but we genuinely love it.
