Which power level to use when frying? Our induction cooktops with PerfectFry know the answer. The PerfectFry sensor monitors the pan’s temperature and adjust the temperature as needed. Choose from five predefined temperature levels and look forward to delicious results each time.

Use your hob the clever way.
Easily control your Wi-Fi-synced hood and hob with a touch thanks to Auto Control. For instance, you can programme your hood to turn on the fan and light when the hob is switched on, or to run for 20 minutes after the hob is switched off. This way you can concentrate on getting food on the table instead of fiddling with your hood.
Good to know: Pair a compatible hob with the Home Connect app to check on your smartphone from anywhere if the hob is switched off.
Operate with a touch.
Effortless and elegant touch controls.
Opt for a model with touch controls for an elegant look and intuitive operation. If you want to maximise your cooking experience, opt for an induction or venting model with DirectSelect Premium. On the large, 30 cm-wide touch panel, simply select the desired cooking zones, power level and features, such as Power Boost, with a touch. The screen disappears when you turn off the hob.

Even cooking and much easier to clean
Compared with my old oven, this one is a real step up. I've cooked in it a couple of times, and the results have been consistent and even each time. I like the 3D hot air mode. What stands out most is how much easier it is to clean, which alone makes it far better than what I had before.

No Regrets Switching from Gas to Induction!
After switching from a gas cooktop to the Bosch Series 8 induction cooktop, I have absolutely no regrets. It heats up incredibly fast, making cooking much quicker and more efficient. Despite its powerful performance, it's surprisingly quiet and very easy to use. One of my favourite features is the built-in timer, which takes the guesswork out of cooking and helps keep everything perfectly timed. The five cooking zones are also a huge advantage, allowing me to prepare multiple dishes at once without running out of space. The sleek design looks fantastic in the kitchen, and the overall cooking experience is so much better than I expected. If you're thinking about making the switch from gas to induction, I highly recommend this cooktop—you won't regret it!

First induction cooktop
It has been a good experience so far. It is quite quick to come into boil. Easy to clean and look amazing. Although wish to know a few tips sooner. The timing function comes in handy without making a mess or overspill. Ample space to have a multiple cooking pots at the same time. The bridging function is useful for bigger cooking pot. Been really pleased with the purchase.

I have been a gas cooker for decades and was disappointed when doing a kitchen renovation in my new house that we didn't have a gas connection. I had to do lots of research into induction hobs (all very confusing as each brand and model has different features) In any case I settled with this one and had hopes it would be good, but not high hopes compared to gas. Well, I have been completely blown away! This cooktop is not only super fast and powerful, it's also senstive to cooking power changes. I have lots of room to link hobs and a big pan ring in the centre. Can sear and do stir fry's easily and gently keep things warm on lower heats. It boils water far quicker than my kettle and is the easiest to use. No need to read the instructions, its intuitive. I was so apprehensive about getting an induction but as a person who loves to cook complicated dishes, I'm so impressed and didn't think I'd be writing a gushing review. It's a good one! and easy to clean as well, bonus.
