1. Which type of washing machine do you need?

2. What capacity?
How many kilograms of laundry should your new washing machine hold? The answer depends on the number of people in your home, the amount of laundry you do, and the types of items you wash.
Here are some rules of thumb to follow:

3. What spin speed?
When talking about a washing machine's spin speed, the revolutions per minute (rpm) refer to how fast a washing machine's drum rotates during the spin cycle. Generally speaking, the higher the spin speed, the "drier" your clothes are after washing.
Pro tip: Choose a 1600 rpm washing machine or a model with a spin speed of 1400 rpm and use less energy to dry your items. It also makes air drying much faster.

5. Do you want a super quiet machine?
Especially during the spin cycle, but also during a normal wash program, the noise some washing machines make can be disturbing. Not with Bosch. If your washing machine is located in the kitchen, bathroom or other living space where you spend time, we strongly recommend choosing a low decibel model. Love everything about my new washing machine
I've only had my new washing machine 2 weeks but am loving it. The quality is far superior to any other brand I've owned & is a deam to use. The dial is light & refined to turn, the door solid & strong, & the control panel works like a dream...touch sensitive which is great for arthritic fingers. It works every time. Even the plug & cord are a quality design. The display shows well & is easy to read in all lighting (unlike my last machine.) The wash cycle is a little quieter than normal but still a loud noise, so I keep laundry door closed. The spin @1400 revs is amazing. How other machines should be. Hardly any moisture left after spin. I also love the drum light & large drum size. Easily fits King sized sheet set or Queen blanket. The drum has a reverse function for these, so no rolling into a ball. Excellent for all my bedding wash loads & even duvet. A few of the wash cycle names are not self-explanatory, but I realised that before purchasing. Not a problem though as after a few loads I'm now used to them & I have the manual nearby for reference too. The 'Speed Perfect' setting is great to reduce overall wash time as well as having dedicated 15&30 min wash cycles when needed. One reason I went with BOSCH is that many cycles can be changed to cold or cooler water temps which I wanted. Not all brands have this available so best to read the manuals prior to purchase. I also bought the matching heat pump dryer. Love them both. So far am delighted. Hope they both last for many years. The only thing this doean't have is auto-dosing. Oh what a luxury that would be!

Silent is golden which this machine is when washing and spinning your clothes. Great that I can remote start it and the app keeps me updated when I need to run a clean cycle. Measures the amount of detergent i required so no wasting and at the same time cleans my clothes excellently.The reliability of your wash coming out as you want is excellent.Any item is want to wash i can programme saves me time. The machine for me is everything you want in a reliable,strong,quiet,results all the time machine. Thank you Bosch on another product that you can trust and be happy with.
