Add butter to a heated pan, then fry the garlic, ginger and garam masala for 2-3 minutes.
Add paneer cheese and sear till golden brown.
Add spinach and stir until it wilts.
Pour whipping cream into the pan, and allow it to simmer.
Once the liquid has reduced, season the mixture with salt and pepper.
