Keeps fresh food crisp for longer – thanks to extra low temperatures for fish and meat & adjustable humidity for fruit and vegetables. Within the VitaFresh section, there are two air humidity zones: The dry VitaFresh Zone is perfect for storing sausage, cheese, meat and fish. The moist VitaFresh Zone provides the perfect environment for fruit and vegetables and ensures that freshness, flavour and nutritional value are retained for longer.

Putting new food into your fridge causes the internal temperature to rise, which means the fridge has to work harder to cool down and regulate the temperature again. SuperCooling will prepare your fridge by rapidly cooling the new groceries down to 2°C. Activate the SuperCooling function before you go shopping to lower the temperature for a short period, so your fresh shopping is kept at the right temperature. The temperature is lowered by pushing a button (2°C at the lowest). If you forget to turn it off, the function automatically switches back after approximately 6 hours to prevent unnecessary power consumption.

For easier shelving and a better view of your food items. The divided vario glass can be effortlessly adjusted for putting items into the fridge and removing them. It is ideal for larger items, like upright bottles or bowls, giving you complete flexibility when you need more space. The other half of the shelf is particularly convenient as it smoothly slides under the first.

Bosch NoFrost air circulating system takes the humidity in the air out of the freezer, thus preventing the formation of a layer of ice that reduces the energy efficiency of traditional upright freezers. The humidity in the air is collected on the central fin evaporator rather than building up in the appliance or on the food and the chiller automatically defrosts from time to time. This lowers humidity in the appliance, which means that almost no ice forms. So you don't need to worry about defrosting anymore! Thanks to this innovative technology, you save effort and precious time.

Adding new food to the freezer can increase the internal temperature, which can affect existing food by partly defrosting. The SuperFreezing function rapidly lowers the temperature in the freezer, by detecting the temperature increase of the fresh food, while the surrounding food stays frozen.
