Mango Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients


  • Flesh of 2 mangoes

  • 500ml of plain yoghurt, chilled

  • 500ml of low fat milk, chilled

Methods

1. Place all the smoothie ingredients into a glass jug or pitcher.

2. Use a blender and blend until the mix has a thick and frothy consistency.

3. Pour the smoothie into a drinking glass and serve immediately.
