A steam oven gives you the best of both worlds: steam cooking and conventional convection heat. Plus, you can steam cook a full meal at once: potatoes, salmon and asparagus. The humidity keeps flavours from mixing.
Automatically adjusts the temperature and more: PerfectBake.
Make baked-to-perfection bread, cake, quiche and more with ease thanks to PerfectBake. A special sensor measures the moisture level in the oven and automatically regulates the temperature, heating mode and baking time.
How it works: Make a recipe, select the baked good type from the menu, such as cake or muffins, slide in the baking tray and press "Start". Now sit back and let your oven do the rest. Available on our Series 8 ovens.
Roast to perfection with the PerfectRoast meat sensor.
Whether a roast, whole fish or poultry, the PerfectRoast meat sensor on our Series 8 ovens measures your dish at three points to ensure it's cooked to perfection.
Bake multiple recipes at once.
Evenly distributes heat, so you can cook more at once.
Bake multiple trays of biscuits in one go with our advanced convection ovens. The built-in 4D Hotair fan moves heat throughout the inside, so items on up to four racks at once come out perfectly cooked or baked.
Built-in microwave.
Faster cooking, easier heating.
Quickly roast meat, bake a cake or reheat a dish. An oven with a built-in microwave lets you cook to perfection as quickly as possible. In addition to saving 50% of the cooking time, it also saves energy and food comes out delicious. Should you just want to warm milk or need to defrost, you can use the appliance as a classic microwave.
Our pyrolytic self-cleaning models make your days of scrubbing the interior a thing of a past. Just choose the program from the menu, press "Start" and the oven heats up, burning away grease and residue without using chemicals. When the program's finished, simply wipe away the bit of residual ash.
How about homemade chips from fresh vegetables? Simply place thinly sliced potatoes or other vegetables on the Air Fry & Grill tray, add a little oil and select the Air Fry Function.
Know this before you buy.
Available sizes.
A standard-sized single oven measures 60 x 60 cm (w x h). A compact oven is just as wide yet shorter at 60 x 45 cm (w x h). An extra wide oven is 90 cm wide and either 48 cm or 60 cm high.
Self-cleaning.
For hassle-free cleaning and care, a self-cleaning oven is an excellent choice.
The right extras.
Consider a model with telescopic rails to easily and safely remove hot items. Adding accessories like a ceramic pizza stone to your oven ups the potential – and the deliciousness.
We have been using Bosch oven for the past 30 years and was very happy with it. We were excited that this model has steam function and air fryer. Really happy with the product working perfectly , met expectation! Well Done Bosch!
I am a professional pastry chef, purchased this oven for a home renovation. Baking is very even and precise and I'm loving the proof setting. Generally a good oven for home use
Nothing wrong with the way the oven works as an oven, but I tend to agree with Heiko's comments re the mandatory descaling function. If you don't descale after the fifth notification, your oven turns into a brick, and there you are, with no way to use it until you've descaled. Okay, you build a bridge and get over it, but then...the Bosch website is totally uninformative as to which descaling product you should use. The manual quotes 311 680 but this is not in stock, and there's no advice as to an alternative product. So, you have a Bosch oven that won't work until you descale it with a suitable - presumably Bosch - descaler, but Bosch won't tell you which product is suitable. Now I have to go back to cooking over hot coals like a Neanderthal.
