A steam oven gives you the best of both worlds: steam cooking and conventional convection heat. Plus, you can steam cook a full meal at once: potatoes, salmon and asparagus. The humidity keeps flavours from mixing.

Make baked-to-perfection bread, cake, quiche and more with ease thanks to PerfectBake. A special sensor measures the moisture level in the oven and automatically regulates the temperature, heating mode and baking time.
How it works: Make a recipe, select the baked good type from the menu, such as cake or muffins, slide in the baking tray and press "Start". Now sit back and let your oven do the rest. Available on our Series 8 ovens.

Bake multiple trays of biscuits in one go with our advanced convection ovens. The built-in 4D Hotair fan moves heat throughout the inside, so items on up to four racks at once come out perfectly cooked or baked.

Quickly roast meat, bake a cake or reheat a dish. An oven with a built-in microwave lets you cook to perfection as quickly as possible. In addition to saving 50% of the cooking time, it also saves energy and food comes out delicious. Should you just want to warm milk or need to defrost, you can use the appliance as a classic microwave.
Auto cleaning.
Easy to clean thanks to pyrolytic self-cleaning.
Our pyrolytic self-cleaning models make your days of scrubbing the interior a thing of a past. Just choose the program from the menu, press "Start" and the oven heats up, burning away grease and residue without using chemicals. When the program's finished, simply wipe away the bit of residual ash.

Amazing
I cannot begin to describe how amazing this oven performs, and how it has totally changed my perspective on what you can do with this spectacular oven. The manual provides simple but detailed recommendations for cooking almost anything, down to which type of oven tray to use, on what level, what type of heating mode, and the temperatures and cooking times. This is great for things like oven-baked chips but in this oven, with the recommended "Pizza" mode, they come out absolutely perfect every time. The oven boasts once particular magical automatic setting, that needs to be mentioned - "PerfectBake". When cooking a cake (or a number of other different types of baked items) you simply follow the instructions on what level to place it, and tell it what you're baking, and the oven takes over completely. This oven has truly transformed my opinion on what you can do with an oven, and my wife is even happier that I am doing more cooking. I am yet to use all the features and settings, but the can say that the overall quality is excellent. Nice even heat, cooks extremely well with fast heat up times and appears to be super energy efficient. I haven't run the pyrolytic function as yet, as there hasn't been a need to as the cavity has remained very clean.

This oven is just what my kitchen needed. It looks sleek, modern and fabulous. It heated up quickly and was a dream to bake with. Highly recommend this product.

"Life Changing" Oven
Can an oven be life-changing? Maybe not in a grand sense, but there have been some things that are certainly BETTER. This oven replaced one that was a decent brand (we thought) but had started short circuiting after five minutes of being on. We considered Bosch and one other brand but ultimately decided Bosch was the more reliable choice. Ordinarily, this oven would have been out of our price range but with the cash back promotion we decided we could make the stretch to get a higher quality oven. We are so glad we did. On to how it has made our lives better: 1. The oven's connection to our phones enables us to double check that we have turned the oven off when leaving the house - that saves us a LOT of time (and doubling back). I will note that it took a little bit of fiddling to get the oven to connect to the app at first but we got there in the end and it works perfectly now. 2. This oven has inspired my wife - with the ability to set temperatures as low as 30 degrees she has started making our bread (proving it in the oven on the lowest temperature) and loves the way she can do all the oven operation with her phone. She is excited by the way the app assists her to select the correct programmes and settings for the oven regardless of what she is cooking. 3. There are so many different settings with this oven - most that we haven't yet used but are looking forward to using. The huge range of heating options will make for much better cooking - being able to cook dishes the way they are supposed to be cooked. 4. The pyrolytic feature - this was a MUST for me. Neither my wife or I like or are very good at cleaning ovens so I had always said that our next oven had to have a pyrolytic feature. We haven't needed to use it yet but I have full confidence in it. I like that you only need to take out the shelves, you don't have to remove the shelf supports (which is something you DO have to do in other pyrolytic ovens) 5. Child proof lock. This is so important for us - knowing that we can have the oven "locked" while it is cooking makes for greater peace of mind given that we have two small (very curious) children.

Bosch oven
Purchased this oven due to size constraints off old oven, not many barnds do one in this size. This fitted perfectly and works so well compared to my last oven, highly recommend. No issues

A very good oven
I found this product very reliable and easy to use. The cooking area is very big and it heats up pretty fast, reaching 160 degrees Celsius in about 10 minutes or so. The TFT touchscreen is responsive and text displayed is easy to read. The baking trays are very useful, and it turns out the air-fry/ grill tray is good for baking too. overall, it is just another good reliable product from Bosch.
